‘Vita’ (Latin for ‘life’) was established in 2001 and driven by my desire to preach the wonders of natural medicine with those who wanted a healthier way of living!

I wanted to help people feel better by using the foods and remedies that nature provides us.  I wanted my clients to understand how their body works, thus enabling them to take control of their health.  Ultimately, I wanted to be one of many talented health practitioners who help to prevent illness in a person whilst treating the individual that stands before you.
