Back to face-to-face consultations!
It is with so much happiness that I can finally welcome you all back into the clinic!! I thank each of you for your patience during this time, through TeleHealth consults, supplement deliveries and collections from the clinic. I am very much looking forward to seeing you in person and bringing that wonderful element of personalised care back into our health consultations (albeit within the COVID-SAFE guidelines!)
- What does this mean for you and for your upcoming appointments?
From Tuesday 26 October 2021, all appointments will return to face-to-face – this includes massage and ear candling!
All clients attending the clinic will be required to wear a face mask (unless they carry a certified exemption) and must check-in upon entering.
If you would prefer not to attend your appointment in person, please let me know in advance of your booking and I will arrange to call you via phone or video call.
Supplements may then be collected from the clinic or posted to you at your expense.
- Clinic Protocols in place to Ensure Your Safety
You will receive an online COVID-19 screening form to complete prior to your consultation. This will assist us in keeping clients and practitioners safe. We are continuing to monitor each person’s temperature upon entering the clinic, QR code check-in, frequently sanitising surfaces, wearing masks, socially distancing our waiting areas and providing touchless payments.
**Please note; when entering the clinic to attend your appointment, please make your way through to the waiting area outside my clinic room to ensure that all clients are socially distanced**
NB: Unfortunately if your temperature is above the recommended guideline, we will be unable to conduct your consultation in person.
- Can I order and collect supplements/ herbs from the clinic?
Yes. Supplements may be collected from the clinic, preferably on my clinic days – Tuesday and Thursday.
We can also post out supplements if required, standard postage fees will apply.
Finally, it’s been an emotional and trying 18 months – we are all feeling the effects of this extended lockdown and more recently, the impact of the Government’s mandates on vaccination. Regardless of your stance on vaccination, please remember to be patient, respectful and kind to one another. We all seeking the same end goal … a safe return to some basic freedoms amongst family and friends. So let’s hope for a positive end to a difficult year and a brighter 2022 for all!

We are a Covid safe business and take the health of our patients seriously.
If you are unwell or experiencing cold, flu or covid like symptoms, please contact our office via phone for further advice. We ask you do not come into the clinic if you are experiencing these symptoms.
If you have been in direct contact with an infected or potentially infected person, please hold off your visit to our clinic until both you and the infected person are cleared.
If you have travelled to a hot spot or returned from overseas within the last 14 days, please refrain from visiting our clinic until the 14 day period has ended.
