Ingredients:
5 x chicken thighs
1-2 cups of fresh basil leaves
1/8 – 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp dried onion flakes
salt and pepper
Chop the fresh basil leaves finely and place into a large bowl.
Combine fresh basil with olive oil, garlic granules, onion flakes, salt and pepper.
Add the chicken thighs, mix well and allow to marinate for at least 15 mins.
Cook over a bbq hotplate or in a hot frypan for approx 8 minutes on both sides or until cooked through and golden.
